Setting up an account with Club Ilia is easy; simply fill out the details in the form provided to get started. Email the finished form to email@example.com.
Once we've verified the information provided, we will send you a confirmation email to say your account has been set-up. Then when making your next reservation, please be sure to specify that the charges for your event will be 'charged to account' and provide us with your department information.
At the end of your event, we will ask the event organizer or designated signing authority to sign the tab as acknowledgement of goods and services provided. Club Ilia will then produce an invoice to your department, which you can then submit to SFU Payment Services for payment processing.
